In 2010, the Indiana Association of United Ways partnered together to provide hundreds of computers to United Ways in 17 counties serving 85 agencies and 20,000 individuals.
Net Literacy Recognized in the National Broadband Plan, Broadband Associations, and International Organizations
Net Literacy has been recommended by the US Internet Industry Association as the best broadband adoption program, the EU’s Commission on Digital Inclusion, cited five times in the US Broadband Coalition’s Recommendations to the FCC, and cited three times in the FCC National Broadband Plan presented to Congress.
The Indiana Department of Education, Office of Technology, and Department of Administration Partner with Net Literacy
The Indiana Department of Education, the Indiana Office of Technology, and Indiana Department of Administration have partnered with Net Literacy in a new initiative to provide 15 additional schools computers. Net Literacy has provided over 12,000 computers to schools and nonprofits during the past three years.
