The Freedom Rings Partnership is a $25 million federally-funded initiative led by the Urban Affairs Coalition and the City of Philadelphia, with Drexel University as a major partner. Visually Challenged Teachers In Kerala Get ICT Training
In Kerala, India, the government-sponsored IT@School Project reached out to provide all of its 238 visually challenged teachers with ICT (Information and Communications Technology) training.
